Thanks, I looked at it but it looks CP/NCP neutral. In other words, I don't know if both parties fill this out or just the potential obligor.

I did notice on the website I posted that when support is being modified in WI, a substantial increase or decrease in the income of the CP is not a factor. It is only a factor if there is an increase/decrease in NCP income, so that was how I guessed that WI bases support on income of NCP only.

I hope so, as that's what I'm telling someone on another board and I'd hate to give out incorrect information. The guy is getting soaked.

Here in WI, both parents' incomes are considered when calculating CS. I don't know if it's like that in other states. If one parent gets a substantial raise or some other windfall, the other parent has the right to ask for a modification. Even if your placement is equal (50/50), the parent who earns less is, to my understanding, entitled to request CS.
