What is the name of your state?I live in Texas and my husband was just rear ended at a red light. A car hit another car which hit him. My husband didnt know that i forgot to pay the insurance. since he did not have insurance does that automatically make the wreck his fault. I need advice desperately.

No, not being insured doesn't make a person automatically liable.

ty for your input. i know he will probably get an no insurance ticket. So i shouldnt have to pay for the other vehicles since he was the one rear ended?

That's usually how these ones go. The person rear-ending someone is usually liable. They weren't paying attention, driving too close.....
