Kentucky:confused:

after seven years of marrigae to a severe alcoholic and dealing with alot of verbal abuse & several bouts of physical abuse, I took a stand and filed an epo against my spouse. On that day, he wiped out the bank account, took the only safe running car, and has refused us any help. I am 42, pregnant, and have a 5 yr old daughter. I have been a homemaker the entire marriage.
I can't afford an attorney, legal aid says they can't help me until the baby is born. Am I entitled to any spousal support now until I am able to find a means to support my daughter & I ?? Spouse says his attorney told him he doesn't have to help with anything since I took the epo out and had him removed. Why do I go in as a victim and my daughter & I have to suffer for it ?? we have had no means of income for a month.

Why did you married to this pig? Now you are asking for spousal support?
