The simple cure is to drill a small 1/4" hole in the bottom or back of the light sheild so that it will let out the condisation instead of allowing it to build up.

Terrible advice. The headlight needs to be sealed. It needs to be dried out and the leak fixed or it will continue to happen. NEVER drill a hole in the light. Obviously you know nothing about cars. I own 4 all highly modified and don't go more than a year between buying another one.
