Hello,

i am trying to refinance, i just paid 400. for appraisal, then began talking with broker. they kept adding more hoops of things i had to do before they would refinance; earthquake retrofits, how many guns do you have and where do you store them, how many animals do you have, and are they going to tear up the house or bite someone, it began to feel they were some elitest group of groups, who want to one up everyone else in their industry, by throwing in so many sophisticated, and mind numbing conditions, restrictions and otherwise snobish balderdash, i finely told them to find someone else to recruit. sooooo... anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks:eek:

This is a legal advice site. It does not provide referrals for banks, mortgage companies. etc.

If you still want to refinance, call a few lenders. Ask for quotes on interest rate, fees and points. Compare quotes, then apply to one of them and get ready to jump through more hoops. They most likely will want to get their own appraiser out there.
