What is the name of your state? NJ

Try and follow this one... I need your HELP! I went to a local car dealership and bought a used 2001 Kia Sportage. We agreed upon a price of $7000 to be financed through a local bank... they told me the payments would be $213 per month for 3 yrs @ approx 9% interest. We agreed and I went into the finance office and signed all the papers...

When I got home that night I started reading the paperwork (I know I should have read them more carefully at the dealership - but they just kept throwing papers in front of me saying "ok - sign this one - its what we agreed to"... so I signed) -- but upon reading the contract, I noticed the paperwork said $7000 loan @ 20% interest and the payment was $280 per month... I immediately called them and they deny the entire thing... saying it was 20% all along and that I must be mistaken! And they said there is no "3 day cooling-off period" in NJ for used cars... so I couldn't even cancel the contract...

Do I have any recourse?
