Texas
Have divorce decree that states when child of this marriage reaches three years of age father shall have possession of and access to child as follows. The court orders that when a child reaches three of age, father shall have possession of and access to that child as set forth in the preceding standard possession order.
We also have a shift worker clause that was agreed upon in divorce mediation. Did the shift worker clause end when the child made three or is it part of the standard visitation order? The shift worker clause is located right under the section that says standard possession order.

Honestly no one is going to be able to give you a viable answer unless they can fully read each of those sections of your divorce decree. If you want to type them out here, word for word, we will give it a try. Otherwise, take it to a local attorney who can actually read it and advise you.
