What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

So here's my situation. At the first of the month I moved out of my now ex-girlfriends place while she was at work because I knew there'd be a scene if I didn't. Well when I came back for my final load, she was home and threw my tv on the street, and then threw it at my car so now I have 2 small dents in my car. I never reported it because I just wanted to get out of there.

Well today she comes to my new place. My now roomie didn't know any better so he let her in. Well while here, she takes my drivers license and my watch she gave me for Christmas. There would've been some crazy scene by her so I didn't try and get my stuff back from her then.

She still has a box of my cherished baseball cards at her place, now my drivers license and watch. I do owe her $60, that was her way of taking my DL. I paid all my rent and such, so she has nothing against me there. So what do I do? I want my baseball cards, watch and Drivers License back. We work together and now she's saying I need to quit or she's going to make life very difficult for me at work. What do I do? Is it too late to file a report about my tv? Can I file a report about her taking my stuff today from my house? Thank you very much.

I think you would be wise to file a police report, and I think you might want to consider getting a civil harassment order or a protection order in place.

You can detail in your filing this woman's prior physical abuse of you, and her damage to your property, her attempts to control access to your computer and your emails, her threats to harm your position in your job or to make "life difficult" for you if you don't quit, her theft of your belongings. . . .

A restraining order can prevent her from contacting you. She can be arrested if she violates the order.

This woman, judging from your other posts, seems more than a little unstable. I agree with your ex-wife that your son needs to be protected from her, as do you.

Good luck.
