I am recently divorced
In the divorce decree, it was agreed that my ex pay me $5000.00, and a $4000.00 debt & a $3000.00 debt, with "liens" being filed on his share of an estate. These "liens" were filed.
Ex has now filed a Chapter 13 & has listed these debts. I am fighting his Chapter 13.
How or CAN I get the estatee to release payment for this? The Estate attorney is not answering my calls.
