What is the name of your state? TN
Wife walked out 2 years ago and refused to help pay any of the mortgage. Her name is on the mortgage.. She now wants the equity that I have put in the past 2 years. I am tired of paying everything and her wanting 50%..If I just tell the judge Im going to put it on the market and I am not going to pay the full mortgage anymore..Will he make my wife pay half? I will also move out while it is on the market..

If you only pay 1/2 of the mortgage, you are just shooting yourself in the foot. The BANK does not care who pays the mortgage, THEY JUST WANT PAID. If you proceed with this vengeance thing, YOU and YOUR wife are going to find yourself in foreclosure, and then your both OUT.

Was this a marital asset?
Are you also on the mortgage?
Why did you wait 2 years to get any of this resolved through the courts?
Why didn't you sell the house two years ago?

What I am asking is....
It might take years to sell the house...So why should I pay 100% of the payments..Why not move out and make the wife step up and help pay on the debt

Because if she doesn't pay...your credit is screwed. It doesn't matter what a family court might order.....your credit is still screwed if the mortgage payments aren't made on time.

So you are saying that it is fair for me to go in the hole trying to keep up the mortgage. basically I am going to get so far in debt that I will ruin my credit anyways. I dont see why I do not force my wife to have to pay half

Welcome to the REAL WORLD. Life IS NOT always fair. If your house takes YEARS to sell, you've got bigger problems than just paying the mortgage.
