What is the name of your state? California

A story cut short

A friend of mine was living with her fiance for about 9 months in his rented apartment he flipped out one day while having an insecurity issue and nearly broke her finger, she stated she was going to leave him; he then attacked her and strangled her she managed to kick free and ran from Apt obtained restrain order/he was arrested etc etc.....

She since tried to go back and retrieve some belongings while accompanied by building security only to find he had changed all locks and even though he had a restraining order he tried to have her car towed out the building stating to security the vehicle was dumped and should be towed out, consequently she had to move the vehicle out the building because of fear.

What is her next move in regards to an illegal lockout?

Rent control area LA County

Is her name on the lease or the rental agreement?

What contact has she made with the landlord? Did she call him and let him know that the fiance changed the locks?

Why did she leave the car in the building when she left?

No name not written on lease but it is a concierge secure building with front desk, her name was entered as being a resident she was given keys by management and her own parking spot in secure valet area.. Apartment is a high end apartment where it was not necessary for her to be added to lease itself..

Landlord is a huge corporation luxury apartment chain for elite tenants

She left car in building because her fiance took her keys to stop her leaving the apartment, after he attacked her she had no time to do anything but run.

You put your right foot in, you put your right foot out. You put your right foot in and you shake it all about. You do the Hokey Pokey and you turn yourself around. That's what it's all about.

Hello Wonder Twin. Missed you ... I have no idea what to do about your friend's problem, but heckfire, I am just here for decoration.
