This is what I am talking about, instead of one person stepping up and finding justification in my bazaar story, you all find a reason not to believe that the court system could be corrupt, all it takes is one person to say "listen folks, this is a B.S. story" and you all join the ban wagon.

I KNOW IT'S BAZAAR, but it still happened! And I am sorry that you all think that losing my kids respect is funny or not being able to say goodbye to my mom as a joke I would plaster on this post, because I'm not laughing, nor do I get the punch line!

In answer to all of you who made a mockery of a very stressful situation. I, like many others, did not know all the rights I had or the tools I could of used, every questions I asked of my PD I was motioned to be quiet, then wouldn't see him again until I had a court dealing.Apparantly I wasn't giving the answers he wanted to hear, because at one point my PD said to me..."just admit your guilty and get this over with, I have other more important cases than this one"
and I told him I can't do that. I even suggested going to the local media, and my privledges were taken away, and thing seemed to had sped up, with the indictment, which I asked to have a trial and my PD said "You have been indicted" and no more was said. I didn't know I could still had gone to trial. Next thing I know I am sentenced, and put in a van headed for DOC.

And I do have the MVD printout, but as I have been told already "you felons will try anything to get attention"

So if I can't get a decent suggestion here, then I will keep trying other sources, just because you guys have kicked me to the curb, doesn't mean I'm out, after this long of searching I'm getting pretty used to your type of criticism, but I know somewhere is a person who will chance the opportunity to actually tell me what steps to take, or even look into my story and find it's not B.S.
and not be chicken to exploit the whole system.

As for talking to my PD I had, I already tried, but, after the last elections he is now the Superior Court Judge, the DA retired, as did the other 3 Judges. So now I don't know what to do...But..

Thanks for your efforts

If your story is true then you must fight for it. I don't understand what was the reason for you not to stand up against 7 DUIs on your record when you first found out in trial ??? try this website also.... lawyers dot com and go to community / message board. There are few lawyers who give advice. You might get lucky if they choose to answer to your question.

As I said, both Dept Heads, (PD & DA) will assist in seeing that justice is done.

Otherwise, you can always file your own Motion To Withdraw Plea with the original sentencing Judge ( in the original court, if the Judge is gone), to get his/her attention in correcting the situation. Attach all your documents & serve the Motion on the Prosecutor & the PD's Office (this should inspire everyone to correct the situation).

The reason your story is incredible is because the rap sheet is independent of Motor Vehicles records & a simple request will get the Prosecutor to confirm the ID of the prior DUIs to the present case (fingerprints from Dept of Justice, booking packet including photo, signatures on the forms, etc.).

Your contention is easily proven/disproven. Bring it to the proper authorities & allow them to do their job (justice).

If you want to understand why everyone's BS meters were going off, all you have to do is take a little trip down memory lane. So sit back, buckle up and keep your arms and legs in the vehicle at all times while I act as your tourguide.

Here's one for the books!!
Arizona
I just spent a 2 year sentence in the Az State Prison for an Indictment charging me with a felony 4 Agg. DUI. This happened when
a Detective came to my home
, showed a warrant for my arrest, handcuffed me, and placed me in a police car, while my 2 pre-teen girls watched in fear.. BUT the only problem with this arrest was:

I NEVER HAD A DUI
OR ANY TRAFFIC
VIOLATIONS, NOR HAVE
I EVER BEEN IN TROUBLE
WITH THE LAW IN MY
LIFETIME...EVER !!

in 1994 i was pulled over for hitting the middle line, and the officer said i smell like alcohol (I just got off work bartending in a large club), and wanted me to take a field test, i refused, cuffed me and took me in. I refused the breath test and requested a blood test, which they denied me, i told them my insurance will pay for it, and still denied. i remembered i had left my wallet on the passinger seat and requested that an officer go get it for me, because i had just gotten paid, and had $278.00 cash in it, approx. 20 min. later a officer came walking in stating , got the wallet, no money in it, but i did find this (holding up a small folded paper, i was told to be a bindel??) and was charged with a dui and drug charge.

In 1996, (election year) they did a sting, and re-arrested me for the hung DUI, other things happened, wrong place, wrong people. wrong timeing.

since my release in 1998, i've been contemplating if this was worth it

I was taken in for a possible DUI, not arrested yet. I noticed i didn' have my wallet and remembered it was left in my vehicle, I asked the officer if someone could get my wallet, because it had $386,00 in it because I had gotten paid - cash that night after work.. about 15 minutes later, an officer came strolling in and says there was no money but i did find this, holding up a bindle (drugs) and i was then arrested for possession?

It is IMPOSSIBLE for ALL of these stories be true.

"This is what I am talking about, instead of one person stepping up and finding justification in my bazaar story, you all find a reason not to believe that the court system could be corrupt,"

--Most of the people that post to this forum have never been through the system and seen what it's really like and how it really works. They're grossly naieve and believe it's all pure. They will believe in the system until, if it happens, they get rammed through it and see what really goes on and how it's evolved to revolve around money.

I'll continue to post about what I learned from my experience and sustain the personal attacks from the naieve folks.

If your story is true, then perhaps as someone else suggested..... your best course of action might be the press. They have the resources and troops to sort out the details.

Ceara and You Are Guilty nailed it - they are right !
OP is a liar, as well as a felon.

I don't think Janeen posted anything true (- other than she spent time in prison).

Which brings up another issue - so many defendants can't/won't tell the truth. I bet she told her lawyer the same BS.

So, what percentage of postings (fact patterns) on this board, by defendants, are truthful ? 20% ?

I think 20% is an extremely generous number. Fortunately, for those of us that are law abiding citizens, most criminals are bad liars that can't keep their stories consistent.
