I guess I should just spill the beans, because I haven't seen him on here forever, and everthing has been signed off on by the judge...but I still get a little nervous...he's more of a nut now than I thought...silly me...teenagers know everything though! Ah! Had I only listened to my mother!

OK, so I'll let you guys know what I feel comfortable saying. (no offense)
He was ordered to therapy with my son's psychologist. He made threats to the DR. that he would sue him if the Dr. told me anything. However, it's in our order that he has NO privacy in his sessions.
He sent my son a digital camera for Christmas...first and only gift in 9 years...but wrote in the card that the Dr. told him to send it!!!!
He failed drug and alcohol tests. (flag up to the judge)
He was ordered to parenting classes for 6 weeks. That he has yet to go to.
Child support is that he pays me $10 more a month. I claim my son on taxes EVERY year. I hold insurance for my son. After the first 100.00 every year, he pays 100% of every thing that insurance does not cover!!!!
He still has NO VISITATION and I can stop it at any time with the dr.
They still haven't met yet, and the dr. says that he's not going to do it until June, when my son is out of school.
That's the long short of it.

Has the issue of adoption been brought up again?
It doesn't seem he's getting anywhere...
you're getting more support,
Your son is getting gifts,
and he's having to go through tests and therapy and still doesn't have visitation... hum... wonder who's getting the worse end of this one?
Thanks, I agree. It's too bad that I have to let it go until at least they meet without looking horrible to the judge.
msdad screwed himself, had he only waited until my son came to see him, he would have avoided all of his time, and MOST IMPORTANT sending and 8 and now 9 year old into therapy.
