Hiding Assests

My spouse is hiding cash (around $25,000.00), good possibility that divorce is pending. I video taped the $ after he moved it twice( i found it), along with anything else i could find? What would happen in court, could I use(tape is dated and Newspaper shown to prove date) as a way of proving he is hiding money. This money is made from side jobs (cash), which has never been reported to the irs ( I'm told just to sign tax forms, his cpa does the paper work, I have no say).
