My intent was to be a wise-ass and find SOME agency or organization that had "HIPPA" as an acronym. Imagine my dismay to find among the top hits that it was my own state!
And to think that it has remained after who knows HOW long!
The only saving grace is to recall that it is computer weenies that build the websites, not the people responsible for the administration. I can only hope that the people at the DHS know what HIPAA is, and it is merely some isolated code-writer that works in a dark cubicle that made the gaff.
