florida. my daughter-in-law showed up with her parents at my house (she is seperated from my son who lives in another state) they showed me some papers that said she is HIV+ and claimed that my son has given her this disease. I called my son and he flew home and was tested for HIV and he was negative. I relayed this information to her and even hand delivered the test results to her. She now says tht she has retested and is negative for HIV but positive for another disease (Lyme)..I have requested to see the results of her negative HIV testing, but time after time she has refused or given me excuses. While I am joyful that neither one has this illness, does she legally owe us the rights to the test? Both tests, the erroneous ones as well as the one she claims is Negative?
