What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I live in California.. i own a town house that is in a gated community... When we first moved in, we were given the gate code for entry (driving into) our complex. in the past few months, they have changed the gate code and refuse to give us a code telling us they dont have one anymore...what is my right as an owner paying HOA fees regarding a gate code... how are we suppose to get in if our remote isn't working (which is exactly what happen to me)?

thanks..What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

It is distinctly possible that the Board has had the keypad disconnected.
