What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

For some background, please see this thread in the bankruptcy section of this forum: https://forum.freeadvice.com/consumer-bankruptcy-2/can-bankruptcy-reverse-hoa-sale-home-578481.html

In short, it took driving my mother to the courthouse today to get copies of all the paperwork she never received that would have enabled her to challenge the HOA foreclosure proceeding caused by her ex's default. Upon reading it, I was absolutely STUNNED to find that they list ME as the person who was officially served EACH one of the documents. They go as far as stating my name, age, describing my height & weight, what clothes I was apparently wearing, as well as stating bogus conversations that I apparently had with each server, each time! EACH is an OUTRIGHT LIE as I am not a party to the foreclosure proceeding or my mother's divorce.

My question is, what if anything can I file to object to this?? I have never, EVER been approached or spoken to ANYONE. This HOA flat out lied in order to have their motions accepted by the Court and I am not willing to take this lying down. Thoughts or advice GREATLY appreciated.
