What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

I have lived in my neighborhood for just about a year now, and the HOA is not doing what they are supposed to be doing according to the covenant. I pay dues of $100 per month that is supposed to include security, gated community, lawn care, pool access, tennis court access, and street maintenance. I haven't seen a single security vehicle since I have lived here, and we routinely have teens speeding up and down the street. We have posts for the gates at the entrance to our community, but there are no gates present themselves. My grass is presently 3-4 inches high. The tennis court has never been open, and now I received a letter last week informing me that the pool will not be open this season because 80 out of 300 homes are delinquent in HOA dues. Stop me if I'm wrong, but that's still $264,000 per year which should more than be adequate to take care of these issues. I am still obligated to pay my dues or they can place a lien on my house. Is there anything I can do?

**A: there is a lot you can do. Hold the Board accountable. Your numbers are incorrect. You need to calculate the actual monies in both operating and reserves. When you do you will find out that th at HOA is in bad financial shape.
