What is the name of your state? We recently had a recall petition in which I signed. The board has posted name and address of everyone that signed on the community board and then passed out a note explaining the costs associated with recall and askng everyone to go and discuss this will signers. This appears to be a retaliation by the board. Do they have the authority to do this? Is it legal? Also, if property gets damaged or persons get injured, is the board responsible? We live is CA. thank you....

He probably doesn't even know it was posted. Also, our actual signatures are on the posting. Adding to the possibility of fraud.
