HOA with mold issue

I live in Florida in a condo I own. There is a crack on the exterior of the highrise building, that is causing water to come in my child's bedroom and causing mold. I have been complaining to the HOA and they keep giving me the run around to fix the crack on the exterior and my child bedroom. They keep saying its very costly. My child is developing mold algergies and can't be in the bedroom.
Any advised on my options? I don't want my child sick because of their neglect? Is there a statue I can use to withhold my HOA fees until the situation is corrected?
