I found out what this means and I now believe the whole CSE agency in the state of NJ should be abolished and there should be a free for all in Trenton or Washington.

This low life B_____ and her new Husband stole money from the IRS and now the State of NJ is taking it from me. She owes twenty thousand dollars and they are going get the money she has stolen from me. I am raising two kids, disabled live day to day and they are going to take the money from me.
I am not notified of any hearings ever, the CSE does nothing unless I do it for them, they haven't collected a penny from her in 5 years but want to take money from me. They knew where she worked for years and until I ranted they then tried to garnish her wages.
Employer ignored their request and they dropped it.
I'm 750 miles away, how do I get a hearing and with who ? The federal court ? the county court ? or the state court ? Nobody in the county CSE knows anything I get dumb useless answers like it just showed up on the computer and we do what it says.
What is the ramifications of a business not following garnishment orders ? They have twice since June not followed the court order sent to them. If the CSE did as they told me they did.
