What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Firstly, thanks for reading this thread.

I found out I have a fix-it ticket with a month past due. The ticket is about an expired car registration which I have renewed few days after i got the ticket but I never showed proof to the court within the due date so the court put a hold(40509.5) on my driving license.
I have already paid the fine for the ticket online.

My questions are:
1.Do I still need to submit the proof for the fix-it ticket?
2.Is the hold going to be lifted since I have already paid the fine?
3.Since I need to renew my driving license very soon, how long does it take for the hold to be lifted?

Thanks in advance
