What is the name of your state? CA

Court order says I get child for Easter on every odd year it falls in (this year 2005). Order states that I am to pick up my child by 9:00AM on Easter Sunday. Mom is leaving to go out of state the Friday before Easter and says I can only get her if I pick her Friday morning.

Due to work schedule, I can not pick her up until Easter Sunday (why it was stipped in order). What can I do to get my child for Easter? What consequences would she face if she makes it so I am unable to get child for Easter? If any consequences, who or how would enforce them?[/I]

If the child is not available for you at the court ordered time and place you can file contempt, but since the mother is offering you MORE time you will likely get no where in court. Isn't there someone that can help you care for your child?
