What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nebraska

In the next couple of years- I know some things may change- I'm hoping to start my own business, working from home. Just my husband and I. He would market for us, I would do accounting and payroll work. What kinds of things should I be taking into consideration from a legal standpoint? Like, what KIND of business should I be? I don't understand the benefits of one type of business over another ie: LLC vs sole proprietor, etc.

Your local library will have books on starting a business. Your Comunity College may have courses on business law. The local Jaycees probably get together for breakfast or lunch.

Good luck
