I own a home. I have been living in it for approximately 2 ½ years. I am in the process of getting a will together and making sure I list beneficiary for all of my accounts. What I want to know is since I own a home (still paying on it) if I can list a beneficiary or how I can legally state whom I want the house left to if something should happen to me? If so what is the procedure?

A: Yes.

A: Make sure your will states who you want the stuff to go to. Explain it to your lawyer when you have your will meeting with him.

**A: do you own the home as a single person? If so, will it to seniorjudge.

No, really, please do not. I am already in the 110% tax bracket and it's all I can do to feed and clothe the starving, homeless folks in Iraq.....
