**A: your Realtor is an idiot. Always get your own inspection and interview the inspector. Did you know the qualifications and experience of the inspector that did the inspection that you accepted? Also since you were not the client and contracting party of the inspector, you are not able to file a claim against the inspector.

also there apppears to be water damage on the porch attached to the kitchen ....shouldnt this of been disclosed?? and shouldnt the inspection of caught this

**A: yes. yes.

...also my husband crawled under ...there is a 4x6 nailed up right under the floor where it is saging ....!!! the flooring is cracking there..on thur the kitchen, wash room . and into the bathroom ..its vinayl (sp) ...what the heck can I do ...she the realtor talked me out of my own inpsection ...IM sick of being screwed around by this mess could someone tell me of my recourse if any please.

**A: complain to the principal broker and hire your own home inspector now to document the condition of the home. Then compare inspection reports along with the disclosure statement. Talk to a real estate attorney.
