What is the name of your state? wv

my ex boyfriend and i purchased a home last year. the mortgage is in both of our names and the deed is in my name only. the ex boyfriend gave me the majority of the down payment which i deposited into my checking account. this money that he gave me along with some of my money was the downpayment. he has paid half of the mortgage payments and i have paid the other half. i have also paid all utilities and groceries over the year. what are my legal rights to this house and how can i get him out of here? he has not paid for anything the past five months, drinks all the time. i am just wondering since my name is on the deed solely, can i make him leave. i have talked to several attorneys and have not received the same answer. i would appreciate any help in this matter. thank you.

**A: list the all answers that the attorney's gave you and we'll let you know if any of them are correct.
