What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pa - many of the members of our HOA are not happy with our HOA Board. Is there a way we could do away with the Homeowners Association Entirely?

I do know it is possible. You can also try to elect yourself or someone that has similar ideas as you.

Maybe. Depends on your HOA, deed restrictions, community property and other factors. Gettign elected to the board fould be far easier. Then once elected with community support, you could look into the possibility of dissovling the HOA.

**A: read your HOA docs. More than likely the HOA requirement is in the deed restriction.
