What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I am the custodial parent w/temp sole custody of my 9 yr old son, ncp was in contempt for not paying cs, we attended a CS enforcement hearing and he finally paid what was owed (almost all) - ncp is claiming to be unemployed (he is working under the table - I know this from mutual friends, unfortunately no one seems to know where)

I have not rec'd any paperwork yet, however I receive email notifications from PA Child support and they sent me this:

"Your Case with <NAME> is scheduled for a conference to determine whether the support order is to be modified on Thursday, April 22, 2010 at 09:15 AM at SUPPORT COMPLIANCE UNIT."

I have no idea what this means, I haven't gotten the papers yet, but I really need to be prepared - I cannot afford to pay my custody atty for this, and if you don't give the PA free lawyers sufficient notice, they can't help (understandably so)! So I cannot wait on paperwork.

Did ncp file a petition to modify support or is this just something the CS people are doing? What is going to happen at this hearing? Do I even need to have an atty for this? What kind of info should I bring? I know the obvious - pay stubs, w2s etc.? Do I need to bring the income of everyone in the household or just my own? Do I bring tuition info/medical bills etc? I'd prefer to do this without an atty, but if I don't bring one, what's the worst that can happen?

ANY ANY ANY help would be sooo much appreciated!
