I have a handicapp little boy he has two chromosome disorders. He recently had surgery to place a Button and to do a Nissin. He was diagnosed with petie mal seizers about 7 months ago. He seizers have gotton worse since the surgery so we brought him to the hopspital. He had a EEG done and it came back negitive for seizers but he has abnormal activity ( which they say is what he is doing) He trembles and shakes all the time just like a seizer. They upped his meds and they dont help and i keep telling them that but they wont listen. Whatever my son is doing it wont stop and keeps getting worse. He has never cried before and that is all he does now. After he had his surgery i caught some of the nurses feeding him real fast threw his button it is supposed to take as long to feed him that way like it is for a bottle which is 15-20 minutes they were feeding him in 2-4 minutes. The most reicent time he went to the hospital he was neglected by them. They never bathed him and we have this all on video his hair was so stiff and dirty it was gross they also never turned him cause he had had a sponge in his ear for over 6 hours and a diaper that would of taken him all day to dirty that much. He got a bad rash from the tape and sponge on the side of his head and he now has a bad rash on his bottom from him being there. Alot of things have gone on i havent mentioned but do i have a neglect case or misdiagnosis case. I need to know before they push this too far and really hurt him bad.

Medical Malpractice

Ma'am I would be quite concerned about my child being treated as yours was. I to have a genetic disability that I was born with. How ever I do feel that if you haven't contacted a Med Mal Attorney you need to as soon as possible. In most states there is what is called a statute of limitations and you must file the case with in the time frame. If you need any further help feel free to e-mail me. Thankyou for your time, Alan.
