I also find it a little hard to believe that as an RN, you are limited to working in this unique place where 99% of the nurses are Filipino and ALL hate you so bad they'll sign an email slandering you. Where the only HR person who would try to help you was fired...perhaps because they all hate you too? (theme from Twilight Zone plays here)
There's always the option of finding another job site where you are happier, and everyone doesn't hate you. I honestly do not think from what you're telling us here you're going to have much of an EEOC case, and it will certainly take a loooonng time to pursue, even if everything goes completely in your favor and you are issued a right to sue letter

I think you are a layperson who believes there is truly a law out there against causing you to be mistreated and unhappy and stressed out in the workplace, and that all you have to do it get it before the right court or board and that you're going to be justified and petted and monetarily reimbursed for your struggles.
