What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? CT
In my original divorce stipulation, my ex was supposed to pay me $1943.00 a month towards my mortgage on the family home till my youngest turned 18 (2007). This was over and above the child support money. Well, he forced me prematurely to sell the family home and verbally told me he would give me $1200.00 a month towards my new mortgage. When I moved he didn't even pay me the child support, never mind the mortgage money so I went to the state for the CS arrearage. He now subpeonaed me for support modification and the judge continued the case when he made my ex admit he was also suppose to pay me house support as in our verbal agreement, besides the child support. What will happen now? By his financial statement he will get a CS reduction, but will the judge hold him to the mortgage support agreement?

You need to file a contempt motion with the court for his failure to abide by the court order.
