ok let me give a lil more info on the bank of America problem.... well last year we went to are lender which is B.O.A and said we need to lower our monthly payment and they said we have the perfect thing that would lower your payments and this was the only one we could get.. but the what they gave us was something that knocked the payment down only $200. and come to find out the whole year we paid on the house none of the money was going towards the payments of the house. I notice on the bill that the amount wasn't changing and when I ask them they said oh that's nothing to worry bout. its like they was lying the whole year about everything... and guess what's funny the same program I was giving last year because I was the only one working, they said I wasn't able to get it again this year and that what made me start digging and I think I am getting screwed
