What is the name of your state? FL

The property manager won't give me the contact information for the owner. She wants me to write a letter and then she will forward it to him (I don't think it will ever get there). I tried the property appraisal office (online and I called), and they can't find the address. The complex is new, so they might not have started paying property taxes yet. I would think this information would be public. Any other venue to get the inormation???

Go to the courthouse and check with the assessor, tax collector, and/or the person who takes care of the land deed records.
