What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? I am in Ohio.
I applied for ssd in 2001 and have been denied twice and am waiting to go before the law judge.
What gets me is that I have had a left total hip replacement and still need the right one replaced due to arthritis,I also have severe arthritis of the spine,epideral fibrosis and arachnoiditis,degenerative disk disease the L-4 L-5 disk is so far gone that I need a fusion I have two other buldging disks,I am in severe pain 24/7 and am on morphine and topamax daily,I also suffer from major depression and take zoloft for that.What I dont understand is why the long wait?

Set up a Free consult with an SSI lawyer . IF they think you got a case they'll take it . It sounds like they would .
