How do I get X to pay child sup/spousal

What is the name of your state? Arizona, My Ex., quit his job on July 16, 2002, I got my check for that week. He still has no job and now is selling stuff on E-bay for a living, this is not bringing in substantial money, and he is now almost 3 months behind in child support/spousal support a total of (4,500.00). HE has got nothing from the courts saying that he has missed his payments or anything. What should I do? How long should I wait before I do anything. I don't have the money to get a lawyer. HELP!!!

If there is court ordered child support, and the payor is not meeting the obligation, you can file a Contempt of Child Support Order. Your court clerk or prothonotary can direct you to where you can obtain the proper forms for submission.
