What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon
How can I get a judgement back into court for the judge to re-evaluate? I was ordered by general judgement in divorce to pay a mortgage. If I couldn't continue doing so due to financial reasons, change of jobs etc. I was to come and tell it to the judge The judge said : " come back and tell me why if you can't"

So how do I motion the court to do this? Please.

I asked this simple question on the divorce forum and the people over there took me back to court themselves and the original question was never answered.!
