What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA

I am in the middle of a series of modifications and contempts which will all be heard in the next few months.

I am pro se, and not a lawyer by any stretch of the imagination, nor do I play one on TV. My problem is, my SO continually goes to Dr's and lies to them. Instead of going in front of the Judge when she will just hear the arguments on the motion, how do I request a trial so that I can subpoena these Dr's.

(e.g. SO told Dr that she has court approval to administer medication to minor children. Which she does not.)

Thank you Ohiogal, you have always been a wealth of knowledge!

I am consulting with my attorney next week, so I will weigh my options.

She might still be monitoring this site, so I need to be careful what I write on here.

Yes OG is the best:)
If it comes to it and OP has counsel. It would be considered prudent to also have counsel. Just sayin-friendly food for thought:)

Yet your Pro Se?
If you gave notice that you have legal representation and then go Pro Se
DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCES THERE IS A POSSIBILITY that you could incur legal fees:(
