What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Indiana

I've just gone through a Chapter 7 and have received my discharge and my case has been closed. My home was included in the Chapter 7 and I have received a summons dealing with the foreclosure. I need to know how to respond to the summons. Do I simply write a letter to the court and included a copy of my discharge, or is it more complex than that?
Thank you.

Don't you think it would have been important to tell us what the summons was for so that we can answer???

The reason I didn't include what the summons was for is that I didn't receive a copy of the complaint. All I got was the cover letter. My ex had the complete paperwork and it took this long for her to get it to me.

The summons is for "Complaint on note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate." It simply states that since I am in default, they want the property. Simple enough.

I have been contacted by the law firm that is handling the foreclosure demanding the money owed or they will start foreclosure. In their letter they stated the amount owed, legal fees, etc. and in the last paragraph they state that if the mortgage has been discharged through a Chapter 7, none of the fees or charges would be owed.

My question is do I need to respond to the summons since I already know what the outcome will be, and if I do should I include a copy of my Chapter 7 discharge?

Thank you. Sorry this was so long.

Yes, and yes.
