How do you add a name to title of home

I am going to have major surgery soon ...I am on medicare from a disability ..I have Very little money ...with this comming up ..I want to put my daughter's name on the 2 home's I own...she lives in one and me the other ..these are NOT big tickets homes ...she had credit problems but it was her money that I used on one house and my money on this home..(a pre-fab home)they are both half paid for we put over half down on both so we would have low payments ...but I dont have the money to do a will in case somehting happens to me if her name was already on the homes ...then she could go ahead and sell this one to pay off her's ..could someone tell me if I can do this and where do I go to do it ...and would it cost alot ..this is worrying me to death ..she is my only child ...she has no grandparents to help her if somehthing should happen to me ..she has no one ..I want to know she has a home always if I was to leave this earth..its all I have to leave to her...could someone please help me with info...I hope I did post this in the right place also ..Thank you so much

Not sure the correct way but what my mom did was to sell me half the property for one dollar - we thenwent and recorded the new deed

***Any title company in your county can help you with this, but I'm not sure you would want to do it this way. If you die without a will it could complicate matters and there is also probate to consider. You might want to contact an attorney just to be on the safe side before you do this.***
