What is the name of your state? MA

I moved into a new Condo in December 2004. The third and final condo just closed yesterday. The official name of the Condo Associate in my Master Deed is "124 King Street Condominium Trust." Currently, the developer is the original and only trustee. What is the process for establishing membership as the new owners? The developer has not been responsive to our requests or inquiries (for budget, past bills, insurance payments, etc).

**A: the process should be contained in the CC&R's and also should be in the state condo (CPR) law. The unit owners need to hire an attorney and a condo management company.

I am new to real estate terminology. What is a CC&R?

Why do we need a lawyer? Just for general purposes going forward or to specifically address this issue?
