I work for a cybercafe in Nigeria. Recently we recieved a letter stating that a fruadulent letter had been tracked as coming from our IP address. Becuase we are open to the public we are mostly unaware of what our customers come to do on our systems. My questions are:
1.) Are we commiting any crime?
2.) Is there anyway to track or block such mail?
3.) If there is none (or if we find none) What kind of legal action can be taken against us?
4.) Is there any way to show our good faith?

Any advice, links to advice, whether technical or legal will be greatly appreciated as this issue is causing a lot of panic at my company.
