How long can you be held on federal warrant for awol

My fiance was just arrested on a federal warrant for desertion from the Army...i'm wondering if anyone knows how long he can be held for the army to pick him up. I'm assuming there is a limit of how long the Army has to pick him up?

if you only have an awol charge-you won't do more than 30 days...i was awol back sept-jan of this year and I was recently court-martialed and discharged so I know what I'm talking about. I had an awol charge, drug use charge, and distribution charge and only did 30 days so....
