What is the name of your state? Va.

On August 15, 2004 a person I know was in a single car dui accident with a bal of 0.08 or higher (2nd time in ten years), one of the passengers was killed. He has been indicted on the dui, aggravated manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter and is out on $8500.00 bond. How long will it take before they will be sentenced to jail?

Depends on how the proceedings go, and how backed up the courts are.

well I know in September they were arraigned ans set bail at $8500.00. The next court date is November 18th for something but I don't know if it is a trial or what?
