What is the name of your state? ny
i have been on comp since 2003 ,they keep giving me checks every 2 weeks
i,m still seeing the doctors, but question is does any one know how long do they keep paying me,its 2 years now do they pay me forever, or do they eventually stop. i thought there was a time limit as to how long you stay on comp, i guess as long as the doctor keeps seeing me, i really dont understand it, there is no light duty at my job, so they send me checks , i,m tired of this long drawn out process, my life is on hold, they take forever to get approvals for tests ,oh well any anwsers of this comlicated , compensation issues would be helful to me , i mean really, do you eventually get kicked of comp or what, thanks

The WC carrier will continue the indemnity payments until either (a) you are able to return to work, or (b) you reach "end of healing" and your claim is settled and closed. How long it will be until one or the other happens is anybody's guess.

You certainly should discuss with your doctor your current medical status and prognosis.
