How long to petition husband fr. Philippines

I'm an Alien Resident since Nov. 1998. Sept. 1999 I returned to the Philippines to get married w/ my 7years fiance. When I came back to America, I'm already pregnant. Is there a faster way of getting my husband to be with me & his baby? It's kinda hard for me to find a job since I'm a single parent (as of now). Please advice ASAP.

Have you filed anything at the moment ?? ie, what papers have you sent to the INS ? What exact visa are you on ?

i haven't filed anything bec. i don't know what to file. i have an immigrant visa(F2B). Please advice
