What is the name of your state? Pa

How long should you wait or need to wait to file BK if you had some cash advances on a credit card? They total around $500 - $1,000.00. They were done back in Nov and Dec.

Talk with a lawyer. Most bk lawyers give a free inital consultaton. I'd wait 6 months or more. If bk really is an option, quit using those cards now.
