What is the name of your state? Hawaii

How many settlement conferences are too many? Without complicating matters and getting right to my question, how many settlement conferences would it take to be deemed an excessive number by any court outside of the one it is occurring in?

This is a non-corporate trustees/beneficiary dispute.

What number of settlement conferences that have proven fruitless would you find outrageous without the matter just going to trial?

I don't want to tell you how many we have had for fear of influencing the answer. I just want to know where the breaking point would be as far as number of these settlement conferences, regardless of what side you were on.

Does anyone know what the record is for number of settlement conferences?
