What is the name of your state? Live in NC G-P in NJ.

I need some advice here on Grandparents who won't leave their daughter out of there visits or conversations.
My kids grandparents every chance they get give there daughter my and our kids personal info. Phone number address and such. She then uses it to give to creditors and such and yes I have a FRO against their mom but according to the courts in NJ thats not enough as to breaking the restraining order. Local law here can't do much a thousand miles away.
Anyway I had to get my number changed because G-ma gave it to her if the kids call and don't block my number it's to mom asap, they got my house number because they drove a thousand miles to visit the kids and took the number from the house or mail box which ever. Then gave it to who else and the bills started to flow in. G-Ma insists she has a right to know where her kids are even though the Courts don't think so.
They sent the kids a cell phone at there cost and gave the number to their daughter now my son has to get harassed from creditors, some are not very nice and he is only 12 years old.
If I send the phone back with a note will I end up in court a thousand miles away opening a large can of worms. Should I ask them to sent a phone card or just 69 them. My son can care less if he talks to them again because he sees what they do to us and my daughter is 7 and really don't know them enough to care.
All advice welcome.
